The Beehive: Fourth of July Summer Bash

BOSTON - June 22, 2015 - PRLog -- WHAT: On Saturday July 4, 2015 eat all-American, all day long at The Beehive in Boston’s South End neighborhood. In the spirit of the Fourth of July, the Beehive will be serving a festive brunch menu from 10:00AM - 3:00PM along with a patriotic dinner menu from 5:30PM - 1:00AM, both accompanied by live music.

The Beehive is starting the day early with a Fourth of July brunch featuring dishes such as Thick-Cut French Toast with Chantilly cream and maple syrup ($14.50); Three Beef Chili with poached eggs, tortilla, cheddar cheese, and toast ($17), and selections from the Raw Bar including local oysters du jour on the half shell ($3.50 each) or roasted and chilled shrimp jumbo cocktail ($3.25 each). Get the party started with one of The Beehive’s signature cocktails such as the Queen Bee summer cocktail, with Tito’s vodka, fresh grapefruit, Elderflower, and champagne ($13).

Continue the celebration into the evening with a special dinner from 5:30PM - 1:00AM. Salute the holiday with traditional fourth of July fare such as the ‘Fall off the Bone’ Baby Back Ribs ($14.50); The Beehive Prime Burger with Frites and Slaw ($18); and Skirt Steak with frites, green bean amandine, and green peppercorn jus ($29). Guests can toast the occasion with The Beehive Honey Brew ($5.75 12. oz/ $8.50 20 oz.), a light pilsner with a local honey-infused finish, brewed only for The Beehive by the Cape Ann Brewing Company or Boston’s own Harpoon IPA.
