Orange County Office of Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Corporate and Securities Attorney Kevin Zen

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - June 11, 2015 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Kevin Zen has joined the firm’s Orange County office as a corporate and securities associate. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Kevin worked as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in the firm’s Corporate Finance group. Prior to law school, he worked as a senior consultant at Capgemini, a management consulting corporation.

Kevin focuses his practice on capital markets and other corporate transactions. He has experience representing public and private corporations, investment banks and private equity firms in domestic and cross-border transactions, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, exchange offers, tender offers, note redemptions, share repurchase programs, private placement offerings and other significant corporate transactions. Kevin also advises clients on corporate governance, SEC reporting obligations and general securities law matters.
