By: Tryst Restaurant Executive Chef Paul Turano’s Father’s Day brunch menu is guaranteed to feature some of Dad’s favorites including items such as Lobster Omelet with herbed mascarpone, lemon, crispy potatoes and greens, Steak & Eggs, and Tryst's Angus Sirloin Burger with cheddar cheese and house made pickles with a choice of hand-cut fries or greens, all for only $28 per person (tax and gratuity not included). No need to worry if Dad isn’t up in time for brunch. For those who prefer to come in for an evening meal, Tryst offers dinner from 4:30PM-9:00PM. The dinner menu offers a variety of satisfying a la carte dishes including bourbon marinated steak tips ($24) with mac & cheese, charred broccoli and chimichurri, and pan seared salmon ($25) with potato & cabbage pierogis, marinated beets, horseradish crème fraiche.
