Annual Shareholder Meeting Announced By Circular Energy

AUSTIN, Texas - May 14, 2015 - PRLog -- Circular Energy announced today that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 21, 2015 at 4 PM Central Time at Circular Energy’s Austin office located at 11002-A Metric Blvd., Austin, TX 78758.

The news comes just weeks after Circular Energy named energy-industry veteran Steve Sheaffer as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Circular Energy, Steve was President and Chief Executive Officer at Zonesty, an innovative online energy broker. Steve also served as Vice President at Constellation Energy and worked at both Reliant Energy and Direct Energy.
