“The WWC is a trusted source of information,” We Have Skills! is a video-based program designed by IRIS Educational Media for K-3 students to learn seven critical social skills, such as listening and following directions. We Have Skills! includes tools for educators to monitor and track behavior progress for students. Learning social skills has been shown to increase academic performance. The curriculum is based on research in collaboration with the University of Oregon’s College of Education and follows Positive Behavior and Intervention Support (PBIS) standards. The development and initial testing of We Have Skills! was funded by a grant from the U. S. Department of Education’s Institute of Education Sciences.
