Paradigm Partners announces new alliance with Snagajob

HOUSTON - May 6, 2015 - PRLog -- Paradigm Partners has announced the completion of a full software integration between their HIREtech application and Snagajob's Talent Management System (TMS). This new partnership will allow employers who are clients of Paradigm's hiring incentives service to easily screen and identify candidates who qualify for tax credits, and drive better results to their bottom line.

The final integration of the two innovative applications gives businesses leverage of Snagajob's award-winning on-boarding and applicant tracking platforms, with Paradigm's ability to provide businesses with actionable data in real-time. The new alliance will simplify the hiring process and maximize the potential tax benefits of state and federal hiring and location incentives.

Both employers and job seekers utilizing the Snagajob service will now also be able to take advantage of these hiring and location-based incentives.
