Rayon Lighting’s Patent Pending Versatrim LED Recessed Module is Available in Architectural Square

LOS ANGELES - April 13, 2015 - PRLog -- The introduction of Rayon Lighting’s Patent Pending VersaTrim LED recessed module with interchangeable round inserts and trim rings was an instant success.  The ease of use and flexibility made it an ideal choice for specifiers, contractors, and distributors alike to utilize within their lighting projects.  Rayon Lighting now features the benefits of its current offering with square insert and trim rings to provide an architectural feel and tone for a more modern appeal.  Now, a single module may be transformed from round to square, and vice versa effortlessly.

The Versatrim LED Module is available in 3”, 4”, 5”, and 6” aperture sizes and may be installed within round existing (retrofit application), remodel, or new construction housings regardless of its insert and trim configuration.  There are two wattage/lumen packages of 12Watts/700Lumens or 17Watts/1000Lumens (except the 3”) in varying Kelvin color temperatures of 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, or 4000K.  The diffused lens will provide for an even light output and glare control.  Additionally, the modules are compatible with various forward phase and reverse phase dimmers and are cULus wet label listed.

Similar to the existing round Versatrim, the square VersaTrim is available in smooth or baffled inserts.  The baffled inserts are available in white or black finishes and the smooth finishes are available in white, haze, black, chrome (specular clear), or satin nickel finishes.  The complimentary trim ring is available in white, haze, black, and satin nickel finishes.  This unique and innovative system lends itself to thousands of combinations with various shape, finish, and color temperature arrangements.

The Versatrim is the ideal product for general purpose lighting for residential, commercial, hospitality, health care, restaurant, and retail applications.   Above all, it is a great energy efficient LED downlight that will reduce energy consumption, emits little heat, and reduces cooling loads for added utility cost and maintenance savings.  Compared to traditional light sources, consumers will benefit with approximately 75% in energy savings over the life of the product.
