Cushman & Wakefield Adds Six Team Members to New Jersey Offices

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. - April 1, 2015 - PRLog -- Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey offices have added six new team members, announced Ron Lo Russo, the commercial real estate services firm’s president, NY Tri-State region. “We are excited to head into the heart of 2015 with these new employees,” said Lo Russo. “As our business continues to grow, we are ramping up to meet the demand with four sales associates and additions to our project management, research and marketing groups.”

New sales associates in the East Rutherford and Morristown offices are Alejandro Alvarez of Trumbull, Conn., Jackie Madden of Mahwah, N.J., and Scott Schubert of Mahwah, N.J.

Alvarez, the newest member of the David Sherman/Marc Trevisan team, previously served as a financial representative for Northwestern Mutual and earlier served internships with Dietrick Group and CF Global Trading. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing with a minor in real estate from Lehigh University.

Madden, based in the firm’s Morristown office, is working with Jon Williams. Previously, she worked as an account executive at TechLink, Inc. and Robert Half Technology, and earlier served as a territory sales and marketing manager for Verizon Fios. Madden holds a BFA degree from the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts.

Schubert, who will be working closely with Jimmy Frank and Dan Johnsen in East Rutherford, will focus on developing new tenant representation opportunities. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Science from Quinnipiac University, and prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield worked in New York City in advertising and sales capacities.

Bernadette Barnett of Clifton, N.J., who joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2009, has relocated from the New York City office to East Rutherford, where she serves as an account director in the Corporate Project Management group. She has more than 25 years of corporate real estate experience, including working for Gilbane, Pavarini and Structure Tone, and operating her own business.

Christine DelTufo of Mendham, N.J. has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford office as a research analyst, focusing on conducting primary research, data-driven analysis and forecasting for the office and industrial sectors in Northern and Central New Jersey. DelTufo, who holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Villanova University, previously served as a marketing associate for The Luminations Group.

Lauren Tarino of Wyckoff has joined the firm’s Marketing Team as manager in the East Rutherford office. A graduate of the University of Scranton with a BA in Communication, the Wyckoff, N.J. resident will support regional brokerage professionals through development of strategies for new business pursuits, identifying value propositions, recommending new approaches, and directing the creation of client-centric deliverables. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she was with CBRE in Saddle Brook, N.J. for 11 years, most recently as senior marketing manager. Her earlier career included positions with Pearson Education and the Children’s Brain Tumor Foundation.
