PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - March 28, 2015 - PRLog -- Body & Core Pilates is excited to announce that we are expanding our operations, adding another full sized Pilates training studio adjacent to our current facility at 4103 Burns Rd. in Palm Beach Gardens. Construction on the new studio will be finished this week. We plan on offering more Pilates, Redcord and CoreAlign classes starting next weekend.

Owner and Master Trainer Bernie Nelson said “with the continued growth of our client base as well as the number of trainers we have on staff the time had come to increase the size of our studio here on Burns Road. This expansion will give our clients more options to take classes that best fit into their schedules, while still receiving the top notch instruction that we offer here at Body & Core Pilates.”
