BURBANK, Calif. - March 23, 2015 - PRLog -- Too much salt isn't good for you, so it is time to change your eating habits at the snap of a finger. The healthy recipes in the new cookbook “Stop The Salt” (Low Sodium Cooking For One Without Killing Yourself) are easy to make, taste great and inexpensive. No pictures to intimidate you, no culinary terms you won't understand, just straight up directions to make a perfect meal.  So open this book, get in the kitchen and start to make things happen! It can be purchased at www.stopthesalt.com or on Amazon.

A couple of years ago Steve Cooper was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. The Doctors first thought it was walking pneumonia because he had fluid in his chest, but then it turned out to be the dreaded CHF. In shock, he thought he was going to need an operation, but soon found out that wasn’t the case. To control the fluid he had to cut down on his sodium intake.

At first the change in his diet was intimidating. He knew how to cook a little but didn’t do it much. Once he started it turned out to be very easy and learned if you shopped smart, it was pretty cheap. He started cooking at home and figuring out cool ways to create dishes and that’s when the concept of “Stop The Salt” was born. He wants to help people eat healthy without their blood pressure rising due to stress over complicated recipes. The book is simplistic and you will soon feel like a culinary wizard!
