Rockers Against Bullying & DeAngelis Youth Bands Team Up for Charity!

HAVERHILL, Mass. - March 18, 2015 - PRLog -- Come join us on Saturday, April 4th, 3:30pm at Amvets, 576 Primrose St, Haverhill, MA and "Let's Rock Against Bullying!"

We at DeAngelis Studio of Music are happy to support this very important cause of Bullying Awareness, something that has directly affected many of our families who come to our Music Studio.  Music lessons and being in a band helps children gain confidence, pride and purpose like nothing else can, which can be a life changer to those who have been bullied.

We have personally seen music lessons change the lives of countless of our students over the years – and our bands are excited to do a show in support of this cause.

We are partnering with “Rockers Against Bullying” to raise funds for “Music Scholarships”.  Rockers Against Bulling partners with musicians, music industry professionals, educators and communities to spread the word about combating bullying.

Our goal with this show is to raise funds for “Music Scholarships” which would be a way for victims of bullying to have the opportunity to attend music lessons.  Rockers Against Bullying will be asking young people to send in their stories and will select some very deserving children to have this great opportunity.

DeAngelis Studio of music offers lessons in guitar, bass, drums, piano, vocals and band programs.  Our talented teachers are very in-tune with the current trends in music, as well as all traditional music styles. As active performers themselves, the teachers have lots of "real world" experiences to share with their students.
