RYE, N.Y. - March 18, 2015 - PRLog -- Wainwright House is Pleased to Offer Specialty Yoga Certifications

Rye, NY – Spring and Summer 2015 bring new exclusive and specialty certification programs: Child Yoga Teacher Training, Yin Yoga Teacher Training and Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training.

March 27 - March 29, 20 hours

Robin Appel will teach the Child Yoga Teacher Training program. Robin is a well-loved teacher specializing in Vinyasa-style yoga and Children’s yoga. She has taught at Kripalu, Omega, Integral Yoga Institute and Yoga Works. She currently owns and teaches at her own studio, “Always-At-Aum,” and is delighted to bring her trainings on March 27-March 29 to the Wainwright House.

July 31 - August 2

Yin Yoga Teacher Training will be led by renowned teacher Corina Benner. She has been teaching Yin Yoga Teacher Trainings since 2005, and has taught both nationally and internationally. Corina is the Director of Wake Up Yoga and views asana practice as an entry-point to self-study. She teaches students to understand the power of yoga, while also guiding them in finding their authentic voice, and giving lessons on how bodies can be more receptive to yoga. This training will take place July 31-Augst 2 at Wainwright House.

August 13 - August 16

Sue Elkind will join WHYTA to lead the Prenatal Teacher Training program. Sue has been teaching and practicing Yoga for over 20 years. She is an accomplished author and has been instrumental in the production of several Prenatal Yoga videos. She is the founder of Dig Yoga and recognized for her inspiring and detailed instruction. Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training is scheduled for August 13-August 16 at Wainwright House.

Summer – Fall 2015

A RYS 200 hour weekend Yoga Teacher training program is planned for the Summer/Fall. Wainwright House Yoga Training Academy (WHYTA) is a center of excellence in yoga training. WHYTA is a part of Wainwright House, the oldest Holistic Association in the U.S. and is a learning center dedicated to inspiring greater understanding through body, mind, spirit and community.
