The Real Seal, LLC Earns A+ Rating From the Better Business Bureau

BARRINGTON, Ill. - March 9, 2015 - PRLog -- After just three years of being a Better Business Bureau (BBB)-accredited business, foundation repair company The Real Seal, LLC earned an A+ rating on March 1 -- the highest rating offered by the agency.

Austin Werner, Owner, says the new rating comes after the company received a complaint-free award from the BBB in February; The Real Seal, LLC has never had a complaint filed against it in its history.

"We've been working very hard to bring the best in customer service to everyone, and I think that plays a huge role in the fact that none of our customers have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau against our business," Werner says.

The Real Seal, LLC first became accredited with the Chicago/Northern Illinois Better Business Bureau in March 2012, starting with an A- rating. In 2013, the company earned an A rating.

"Now we’re at A+, which is a testament to the quality work we do every day on our customers' foundations and basements," Werner says. "It also means the company fully meets the BBB's standards and fulfills its code of business practices, which emphasizes sound advertising, honest, trustworthy selling practices and outstanding customer service."

Ultimately, Werner says he hopes his company's new rating will let future customers know they're making the right choice when seeking out The Real Seal, LLC for their foundation needs.
