March 3, 2015 - PRLog -- The Josie Show decided to hold a contest for their new show theme song. Opening up an opportunity for artists in all genres to submit an entry and with very basic requirments it allowed the artists to use all of their creativity.   There were many great submissions that the Josie Show team went through prior to selecting the winner.

The winner is Texas Bobby Dean!!  Bobby showed an incredible amount of creativity mixed with everything that a Josie Show theme song should sound like and include.  We spoke with the Josie Show host and founder, Josie Passantino, and here is what she had to say, "We were so overjoyed by the many great submissions into our theme song contest. Texas Bobby Dean had the winning entry, he showed a great amount of creativity and completely covered what the Josie Show is all about.  We are thrilled and very proud to use Bobby Dean's entry as our new theme song to play on Friday nights starting off our show and also on special edition episodes of the show on scheduled Monday nights. Our many thanks to everyone that submitted enteries and deepest gratitude to Texas Bobby Dean for creating an amazing theme song."

In July of 2011 Bobby’s 2nd single, "Let Me Love You"  was released and continues
to receive airplay. Since there is another musical artist that bears the same name, Bobby is now appearing under the name "Texas Bobby Dean" to eliminate confusion. Bobby commutes to Nashville, Tennessee where he promotes his own songwriting efforts.  He stays busy writing for, and with various artist and songwriters, and publishers in the music industry.  Some of the folks Bobby has written with or has been associated with include the late and great Vern Gosdin, Hank Cochran, Red Lane, and Sonny Tillis.
