Chad Bedwell Joins Partner's HUD Team

PLANO, Texas - Feb. 24, 2015 - PRLog -- HUD expert Chad Bedwell, has joined Partner Engineering and Science Inc. (Partner), a national engineering, environmental and energy consulting firm headquartered in Torrance, California, as a National Client Manager within the HUD group. Partner acquired MB Consulting Group, LLC, of which Chad Bedwell was Principal and Owner.

In response to the skyrocketing demand for affordable housing, HUD has introduced programs such as Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD), which provides access to viable financing tools for at risk public and assisted housing. Bedwell’s extensive HUD industry experience will help ensure Partner continues to meet the increasing due diligence demands created by the implementation of such HUD initiatives.

Chad will assist the Partner national HUD team phase in the new release of changes in HUD Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) Guidelines and new CNA e-Tool Electronic template coming out in the next few weeks.

Bedwell’s 20 years of experience in environmental and engineering services includes completing various environmental and engineering cost estimates for the multifamily lending, commercial retail and telecommunication industries. Mr. Bedwell has completed over 4,000 HUD MAP and LEAN compliant property inspections nationwide. Mr. Bedwell has completed HUD environmental and physical condition inspections in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Saint Thomas and has been an active participant with each of the HUD Multifamily HUBs and HUD Office of Department of Residential Care Facilities
