Kent State’s College of Business Administration to Host Graduate Programs Information Night

KENT, Ohio - Feb. 23, 2015 - PRLog -- Kent State University’s College of Business Administration will hold Graduate Information Nights on Wednesday, March 11 at Kent’s main campus and on Thursday, March 12 at the Kent State Stark Campus.

Kent State University’s internationally accredited graduate business programs feature innovative curriculums, experienced faculty and flexible scheduling.

The College of Business Administration offers seven graduate programs including MBA Full-time and Part-time, Executive MBA for Healthcare Professionals, Executive MBA for Corporate Professionals, Masters of Science in Accounting, Masters of Arts in Economics, and Ph.D. in Business Administration.

There are many concentrations to choose from in the MBA program including Accounting, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Fashion Merchandising, Finance, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, International Business, Marketing and Supply Chain Management.

The College of Business Administration also offers five dual-degree programs, which allow students to pursue two master’s degrees simultaneously. The dual-degrees include MBA/Master in Library and Information Science, MBA/Master of Architecture, MBA/M.S. in Nursing, MBA/MA in Translation and the newly added MBA/MA in Communications Studies.

A graduate degree prepares students for senior-level management, executive and research positions in regional, national and international organizations.

“Students will have the opportunity to compare the graduate programs the College of Business Administration has to offer and then determine which one best suit their needs,” said Louise Ditchey, administrative director of graduate programs. “Faculty, alumni and current students will be available to answer questions regarding academic requirements, the application process, deadlines and financial assistance.”

The first information night will take place on March 11 at 6:00 p.m. at Kent State University’s Kent Student Center in room 306 and the second evening will be at Kent State Stark at 6:00 p.m. on March 12 in the Conference Center in North Canton.
