By: HNTB “HNTB recognizes and greatly appreciates the significantly positive impact of these individuals and is proud to announce their promotions,” The executive appointments include: - Houston Group Director Kevin Young, PE, tovice president -Central Division Marketing Director Jonathan Bayles to associate vice president -Project Manager Christen Eschberger, PE, to associate vice president ·-Director Enterprise Operations, Cash Management Jeff Minor to vice president Kevin Young, PE, serves as a group director in HNTB’s Houston office. He has more than 15 years of multidisciplinary experience in civil engineering project design, project management and program management for public, private and municipal clients. Young has much experience leading pipeline projects in the San Antonio area, including serving as project manager for the Regional Carrizo Aquifer Program, Water Supply Pipeline Segment III; Sandy Creek Energy Station pipelines project; and Braun Road 36-Inch Water Transmission Line: Loop 1604 to Bandera Road, San Antonio Water System. Young earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas, San Antonio and a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Texas A&M University. Jonathan Bayles serves as HNTB’s Central Division marketing director based in the firm’s downtown Dallas office. He has over 20 years of marketing communications experience including 17 years serving HNTB in their Southeast and Central Divisions. In his current role, he directs the marketing activities for HNTB’s Central Division, which covers 11 states. He is responsible for providing marketing communications, proposal leadership and oversight, strategic planning and business development support, and sales training support and implementation to the company’s Central region. Bayles earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and management from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business. Christen Eschberger, PE, serves as a project manager, group leader and transportation engineer in HNTB’s Austin, Texas office. She has more than 15 years of experience in project and program management, transportation planning, design and construction management. She has served on a myriad of roadway, rail, and program management projects in the Austin and Houston areas. In her current role, Eschberger serves as project manager of the Williamson County Road Bond Program, overseeing the planning, design, and construction of numerous transportation and drainage improvement projects. Eschberger earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Jeff Minor serves as director enterprise operations, cash management for all of HNTB from the firm’s Dallas office, and has nearly 20 years of experience in cash management in the architecture and engineering industry. Minor is responsible for HNTB’s billing and collection processes as well as ongoing billing process improvements and the firm’s overall cash plan. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Rockhurst University and a Bachelor of Arts in business from William Jewell College.
