Rainbow Acquires 3G Ltd Customer Base

SEVENOAKS, U.K. - Jan. 23, 2015 - PRLog -- Rainbow Global, a leading supplier of some of the world’s premier telecoms, data and technology brands, has acquired the full customer base of 3G Ltd for a cash consideration.

3G Ltd, a specialist B2B provider of mobile hardware and bespoke mobile solutions to the business community, has been operating since 1989. The company, based in Sussex, offers a wide range of mobile products, including brand leading handsets and tablets.

Over their 25 years of trading they have become specialists in the provision of bespoke voice and data packages across all the major network carriers. They have also developed a variety of support services tailored to their customer base, all centred around outstanding personal service and expert advice.

Mobile Growth Strategy

Dave Corgat is the managing director of Rainbow. He commented, “The acquisition of the 3G Ltd customer base is part of our strategy to build the mobile side of our business, both organically and through acquisition. It is something we have been pushing for the past 18 months, partly via the integration of mobile with our other services, and partly by expanding our data service portfolio into the mobile market.”
