Franchise Business Review is an independent national marketing research firm focused on franchisee satisfaction and performance. To create their 10th Annual Guide to Today’s Top Franchises, they surveyed 28,500 franchisees including ActionCOACH’s. Only 200 franchises made this year’s guide as a result of their franchisees ranking them high enough to meet Franchise Business Review criteria. The survey examines critical areas of a franchise system including financial opportunity, training and support, leadership, operations, product development and core values as well as the overall health of the franchise system. These survey results deliver the unbiased facts directly from today’s franchise owners.
