New Mosaic Styles From Tile Outlets of America Add Pop to Backsplash and Other Tile Installations

These range from sparkling glass mosaics, mosaics in a multitude of shapes to natural stone mosaics.

Although traditionally used to create kitchen backsplash designs, mosaics can also be used on shower walls in a bathroom. “You can run a glass mosaic from the floor to the ceiling or outline a wall tile with mosaics,” says Kathryn Spencer, Vice President of Purchasing & Business Development for Tile Outlets of America.  “Some mosaics are suitable for shower floors because they provide the grip necessary to make them slip resistant. Others are ideal for pool installations. Mosaics can also be used as a transition piece between rooms in a threshold installation.”
