Education Law Attorney Heather R. Pierson Promoted to Partner

MESA, Ariz. - Jan. 7, 2015 - PRLog -- Education Law Attorney Heather R. Pierson has been promoted to Partner in the Firm of Udall Shumway PLC. Ms. Pierson has been with the Firm since 2009. She attended Arizona State University where she received both her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education in 2001, and her Master's Degree in Special Education in 2004. Ms. Pierson primarily focuses her Shool Law practice on special education and disability related matters. She provides leadership at district and state-wide conferences on a wide range of special education and disability related topics and teaches Contemporary Developments in Special Education Law through Northern Arizona University.
