The WFC Group Hires Kronos Veteran Travis Burgan as Workforce Management Implementation Specialist

CHICAGO - Jan. 6, 2015 - PRLog -- The WFC Group, a leading workforce management implementation consulting company, today announced that Travis Burgan has joined the organization as a Workforce Management Implementation Specialist.

A 17-year veteran of workforce management implementations, Burgan will assist with both Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Ready (WFR) Kronos implementations for The WFC Group’s more than 30 active global clients. He will also help to grow The WFC Group’s WFR division. Currently, The WFC Group is one of just a few Kronos Certified Service Partners managing WFR implementations for Kronos clients. Burgan will report to The WFC Group’s Implementation Specialist Manager, Kim Scott and the Director of Operations, Michael Turner.

Prior to joining The WFC Group, Burgan held various positions at Kronos for more than 15 years, serving as a Senior Solution Consultant for Workforce Central where he oversaw large multi-million dollar engagements for large corporations, often times supporting more than 100,000 employees on various projects. In his most current role, he served as a Practice Manager for Workforce Ready, where he was responsible for building and maintaining this newest solution for small to medium sized businesses.

Prior to working for Kronos, Burgan served as a System Implementation Manager for Ohio Timekeeping Systems, Inc. where he was responsible for the management of software implementations for both Kronos Time and Labor products and Gyer Access Control System. While in the Army Reserves he was responsible for the support of the Prisoner of War Information System (PWIS), which was used during the Gulf War to track the POW information for the Pentagon and Red Cross.

Burgan received a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Kentucky University. He resides in Greenwood, Indiana with his wife and two children.
