SAN DIEGO - Jan. 1, 2015 - PRLog -- In making this change, the firm is pleased to recognize the accomplishments and contributions of Robert Knaier, who has been a partner since January 1, 2014.  Knaier is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of California, San Diego; a magna cum laude graduate of Cornell Law School; a former clerk for Judge Richard C. Wesley of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit; and is licensed to practice in California and New York.  He has practiced civil litigation in San Diego for over a decade, and his experience includes, among other things, complex business and commercial matters, personal injury and mass tort cases, and appeals in state and federal court.  In addition, Knaier is actively involved in the San Diego legal community.  He is the Chair of the San Diego County Bar Association’s Lawyer Referral & Information Service Committee, is on the Board of Governors of the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, and is a Barrister in the William B. Enright American Inn of Court.
