Albert's Table Celebrates New Years Eve Early

CROYDON, U.K. - Dec. 23, 2014 - PRLog -- Celebrated Croydon restaurant Albert’s Table, in addition to the usual late sitting for New Years Eve, is also having an early sitting this year.  The first sitting, which starts at 6pm on December 31^st is perfect for people that will be going on to a party later in the evening, or want to enjoy the fireworks on the television at home.

The sumptuous 4-course meal begins with canapés and celebratory bubbles, and is finished with handmade chocolate petit fours.  Joby has crafted the menu from the finest produce available in Surrey, Sussex, Kent and the surrounds, all prepared in house by his team of expert chefs.

With a choice of two dishes for each course the menu offers an excellent variety of ingredients, flavours and textures.  Truffles from Wiltshire, cheese from Hampshire, East Anglia duck and Lincolnshire beef, all supported and enhanced by more local produce makes this meal an exciting celebration of some of the best food that 2014 has to offer.

When asked about why he is hosting an early sitting this year Joby said;

“A special meal early in the evening is the perfect way to celebrate New Years

Eve with your family.  Parents, brothers sisters, even nieces and nephews can

all be equally excited at the table.   After dinner some will want to go home to

watch the television or even sleep while others will head to parties and

nightclubs.”
