The Tree of Health Center Welcomes Chiropractic Practitioner, Dr. Terri Brucato

NEWTON, N.J. - Dec. 9, 2014 - PRLog -- The Tree of Health Center welcomes its new practitioner, Dr. Terri Brucato.

Dr. Brucato graduated from New York Chiropractic College. She found her calling after suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome and not finding any relief from traditional medicine. When she tried chiropractic, she realized she found her mission: to relieve people of their pain with a natural method.

First, Dr. Brucato began adjusting animals. Noticing that she only needed light force to effectively adjust animals, she began adapting the same techniques to humans with just as much success. Potential clients can be afraid of high velocity adjustments; therefore, Dr. Brucato uses low force techniques to accomplish the same goal without the fear of rough chiropractic sessions.

Dr. Brucato acknowledges each person’s uniqueness in his or her injuries and life experiences. She combines her knowledge of anatomy and physiology to apply appropriate exercises to progress the healing process. Dr. Brucato enjoys the challenges each patient brings. She spends approximately one hour incorporating corrective exercises, nutritional guidance, chiropractic adjustments and stress management to empower patients in their journey to a healthy, wholesome lifestyle.

Realizing that balanced nutrients are required for the person to maximize their healing potential, Dr. Brucato also earned her Master of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition.  “The body is constantly rebuilding and needs the right nutrition to build healthy cartilage, decrease inflammation and maintain overall health. You can't expect to build a strong house with paper and glue,” says Dr. Brucato.
