Orthodontic Practice Donates Funds from Candy Buy Back Event to Local School

SAN FRANCISCO - Nov. 24, 2014 - PRLog -- For the 3^rd year in a row, Image Orthodontics in San Francisco hosted a Candy Buy Back event in which the community was encouraged to bring Halloween candy to one of the orthodontic offices in return for cash.  The program aims to fight cavities while also benefiting local schools.

Image Orthodontics gave participants in the event one dollar for every pound of candy they donated.  To add an even greater benefit to the program, Image Orthodontics announced that the school with the most candy donated would receive a check matching the total amount of candy donated.

This year, Image Orthodontics in San Francisco is pleased to announce that The Laurel School brought in the most candy during the Candy Buy Back event. The team at Image Orthodontics will visit the school this week to present the $100 donation.

“We’re so thankful to have the opportunity to give back to the schools through our Candy Buy Back program. This year, we raised more candy than any other year and we look forward to another successful event next year,” says Steven Green, Practice Coordinator.
