Morgan & Morgan Announces Samsung Overtime Lawsuit On Behalf of Field Sales Managers (FSMs)

TAMPA, Fla. - Nov. 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Franks v. Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC, a lawsuit involving allegations of unpaid overtime wages and violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), has been filed as a collective action in federal court in Florida.  The Plaintiffs in this action, represented by Andrew Frisch of Morgan & Morgan, are Field Service Managers (FSMs) who claim that they did not receive proper overtime compensation for overtime hours worked.

Franks v. Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC,  (Case Number: 8:14-cv-02838-RAL-TGW) was filed in the Middle District of Florida.  The presiding judge is Judge Richard A. Lazzara.

In this putative collective action lawsuit, the Field Sales Managers allege that Samsung violated, and continues to violate, the Fair Labor Standards Act or FLSA by failing to properly compensate them for overtime hours worked.
