Rackemann Attorneys Gareth Orsmond and Michael Parker Serve as Faculty for MCLE Seminar

BOSTON - Nov. 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Gareth Orsmond and Michael Parker recently led a Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) seminar on zoning, subdivision, and environmental site assessments. Gareth and Michael’s presentation was geared towards providing a basic overview of zoning and environmental law for attorneys who are not yet experts on the subject. Topics covered included forms of zoning relief, how to perform a zoning analysis, how the Subdivision Control Law and local practices can help or hinder development, what to look for in an environmental site assessment report, and what to do in case of issues with the environmental site assessment.
