Oil Tank Sweeps & Home Inspections Do Not Protect the Home Purchaser From Contamination Issues !

PRINCETON, N.J. - Nov. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- Completing the minimul " Due Diligence " will not protect the buyer of real estate from environmental issues late.  Most tank sweeps only do part of the property and are not acccuracte below 2 feet below the surface. The Typical Wand metal detector is not sensitve to see objects below asphalt and concrete. Ground Penetrating Radar is needed to identify soil disturbances, metallic and non metallic buried objects. Home inspectors environmental experts and only identify structural or building issues.
