Food and Factors that Affect Breast Health Free Community Health Program Monday, October 27

COLUMBIA, S.C. - Oct. 21, 2014 - PRLog -- Did you know that certain foods and environmental factors can affect breast health? To learn more about what you can do to support and maintain breast health, please join us for a free presentation, FOOD AND FACTORS THAT AFFECT BREAST HEALTH, on Monday, October 27 from 7-8:30 pm at Elite Personal Training. Topics will include foods that help maximize breast health, foods and toxins to avoid, and whole food supplements that support breast health.

This free program will be presented by highly regarded Nutrition Consultant Lere Robinson of Alive Again, LLC. Robinson has been interviewed by numerous Columbia-area media outlets including television, radio and print, for her expertise on healthy eating. Her efforts have been recognized by Governor Nikki Haley, and in 2012, she was nominated for the Palmetto Center for Women’s TWIN Award, recognizing women whose outstanding achievements mark them as leaders and role models in business and in the community. This special event is being hosted by Elite Personal Training owner Tina Wilkerson, a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist.  Kat Evatt, Director with The AIM Companies, will provide testimonials from breast cancer survivors.
