Private Business Consultant Julian Omidi Now a Powerful PhilanthropistBy: No More Poverty Oct. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Respected business consultant Julian Omidi is now seeing his important new charity, No More Poverty, enter its third year online, as it brings much needed attention and funds to nonprofits worldwide. Devoted to raising funds for organizations fighting poverty and suffering all over the globe, NMP continues to gain recognition for its valuable contribution to these efforts. Though Julian Omidi himself has enjoyed a lifetime of financial success and personal achievement, his passion lies in helping those less fortunate get access to the education, medical care and opportunity that he himself has received.
“No More Poverty is really about community,” he says. “We spotlight various important charities every day on our website, on Twitter and Facebook, and through other significant media channels. In doing so, we’re spreading the word about ways ordinary people like you and me can really make a difference,” The nonprofit was created by Julian and his equally successful brother Dr. Michael Omidi, along with their mother, luxury real estate broker Cindy Omidi, three years ago at a discussion over dinner. “We were talking about how unfair the world can be, in that some of us can have all this opportunity, while others really have very little because of where they live, or their life circumstances. That’s not right, and it’s up to us to make up that difference.” The Omidis do not accept donations directly, nor do they accept any compensation for their efforts. Gifts are made directly to the charities NMP highlights. That way, Omidi says, they can focus entirely on helping, rather than funding administrative efforts. Indeed, his commitment to those less fortunate has inspired many to give. Donations for NMP are up, and the charity is expected to grow further in 2015. Clearly, Julian Omidi isn’t your ordinary businessperson, but a world citizen deeply interested in the lives of others. No More Poverty nmp.org (1)855-550-3100 End
