Pathways Consulting Group Announces Corporate Executive Training Program

Help IT Align More Closely WIth Corporate Strategy; Maximize Work Team Performance

FREEHOLD, N.J. - Oct. 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Freehold NJ, October 14 2014……A comprehensive executive coaching program helping corporate leaders inspire teams to set and reach personal goals, increase performance and align more closely to overall strategy was announced today by Pathways Consulting Group. Pathways one of the New York metropolitan area’s leading delivery partners for IT transformation.

Announcement of the new initiative was made by Pathways President Jeff Giovinazzo.  The effort will be led by Anthony Galie, Pathways director - Corporate Coaching and Goal Setting.  Galie will use his 34 years of experience in motivational speaking to create customized executive coaching goal-setting courses, with particular emphasis on addressing the myriad challenges that IT organizations face during transformation and change initiatives.  Such initiatives, which help IT organizations run more efficiently and align more closely with corporate strategy, can often be viewed as a threat by both employees and  leadership teams.  This also leads to less than full utilization of the inherent value of employee knowledge and pride often creates resistance and demotivation which can derail projects.

“We’re very excited about this new initiative, which will be a tremendous benefit to our clients who are struggling with leading their employees through the many challenges of organizational IT transformations,” said Giovinazzo.  “Anthony has a wealth of experience in this area and so we have packaged it into an in-depth immersion into developing the best leadership practices to realize the maximum support from employees,” he added.

Galie, who currently leads Pathways’ efforts in employee engagement and motivation, is well versed in all phases of human interaction in corporate environments.  He will help Pathways executive clients become more comfortable with dramatically changing roles for senior executives, through one-one-one coaching at the highest professional level. He will also work with department leaders and work teams in helping foster better understanding of corporate strategy, set realistic and agreed-upon goals, embrace team participation and generally foster a greater and more transparent communication process.

“This is an exciting opportunity for me to use the skills and knowledge I have developed over three decades to help our clients better manage the potential disruptions of transformational exercises. Even more important I am confident our workshop will help senior executives better leverage corporate strategy and align work teams and all employees into roles that support that strategy and engage them at the highest possible level,” said Galie.

“Few things are more important to the success of a business plan than goals that are clearly articulated, understood and shared throughout the entire organization. Definable deadlines can help create a sense of urgency and enthusiastic leadership often creates an energized atmosphere that can drive an entire team to higher levels of performance,” he added.

In a “Visionary Thinking” session, Galie will share a number of simple, transferable and hands-on techniques that can be immediately used by teams to start increasing their performance. He can lay the groundwork for work groups to begin using methods that have been proven successful time and time again. Many participants report seeing progress almost immediately after starting the program, said Galie. This interactive talk will be customized to your specific group.

The new executive coaching program is the first of many new major corporate initiatives promised by Pathways earlier this year.  It has given its executive management team enhanced roles to align them more closely with client needs and address major technological advances and the resultant change in organizations.  “The coaching program illustrates both a new corporate initiative and an expanded role for Anthony, and this is just the beginning as we continue to listen carefully to our clients, and the marketplace, to help them maintain competitive advantage,” said Giovinazzo.
