SCI Automation and Frandsen Electric Announce Strategic Partnership in the Uintah Basin

ROOSEVELT, Utah - Oct. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- Roosevelt, UT – Locally owned SCI Automation announced today that it will be merging with Frandsen Electric of Talmage, UT. Details of the merger will be announced at a later date, but effective immediately the companies have combined their resources and expertise to increase their ability to provide automation and electrical services to clients in the Uintah Basin.

Company officials expect the merger to improve the organization’s ability to coordinate a broader range of services resulting in more efficient work, which will be passed along to clients here in the Basin.

“Improving the coordination of automation and electrical work on the job site, especially in the oil field, just made sense,” said Steve Secrest, President of SCI Automation. “Our clients have already seen the expanded capabilities and the improved coordination improve their bottom line.”

Mike Frandsen of Frandsen Electric wanted all of his long-time clients to be assured that their needs will continue to be met.
