Miller joins 19 other leading real estate attorneys who collectively represent the interests of Fund Members across the state. Richard Miller has been a Fund Member since 1982, only a year after being admitted to The Florida Bar. He attended Stetson University and Florida State University Law School and graduated with honors. Richard is a Partner of the law firm Miller, Crosby & Miller, P.A. He is board certified in Real Estate Law, a certification attained by less than one percent of all Florida lawyers. Mr. Miller has served on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee and Real Property Certification Committees and served as Chairman on both committees during his tenure. Richard is also a past Appellate Special Magistrate for Polk County Code Enforcement. He was born in Lakeland, FL and is a fourth generation Lakelander.
