Diabetes Education and Support Group to Begin September 8th at NVNA and Hospice

NORWELL, Mass. - Aug. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- NVNA and Hospice, the only independent nonprofit home healthcare agency serving Boston’s South Shore, will resume their Diabetes Education and Support Group on Monday September 8th at 10 am at NVNA and Hospice, 120 Longwater Drive in Norwell.

Certified Diabetes Educator Cathy O’Brien, a nutritionist with NVNA and Hospice, will facilitate the group which will be held the first Monday of each month. For information or questions please call 781-659-2342.
