Diabetes Education and Support Group to Begin September 8th at NVNA and Hospice

NORWELL, Mass. - Aug. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- NVNA and Hospice, the only independent nonprofit home healthcare agency serving Boston’s South Shore, will resume their Diabetes Education and Support Group on Monday September 8^th at 10 am at NVNA and Hospice, 120 Longwater Drive in Norwell.

Certified Diabetes Educator Cathy O’Brien, a nutritionist with NVNA and Hospice, will facilitate the group which will be held the first Monday of each month. For information or questions please call 781-659-2342.
