The first phase of the project, which is expected to take three weeks, will focus on Salesforce for Outlook configuration, data loading and migration, user role and profile configuration, training and deployment. The project is managed by two full-time senior consultants working out of Synaptic’s Annapolis, MD-based office.

Within a matter of weeks we had outlined their primary business needs, system requirements, and had our project team out in Owings Mills for the kick-off meeting,” said Lauren Weissbrod, Regional Business Development Manager at Synaptic.

After recognizing the opportunity for Salesforce to improve efficiencies in their sales pipeline, they knew it was time for a change.
