The Strickland Group Annouces Launch of Free Collection Service

Manalapan, NJ – The Strickland Group announced today that it will be ceasing its contingency based collection service and implementing a free collection program for its current and future client.

The firm's partners expect this move to improve client confidence and widen its customer base. In addition to debt collection, the firm will also offer low cost litigation services to clients with delinquent accounts requiring additional leverage.

Robert Strickland, the Firm's Senior Partner, said in a phone interview:

"The Strickland Group offers high end collections services at no cost to our clients. How can we do this you ask? Simple! When a client places an account for collection, we will add a collection fee that is equivilent to the maximum amount allowed by the laws in that debtor's state. After successfully collecting the funds from the debtor, we will remit 100% of the principle amount placed back to our client. If partial payments are negotiated, we will only receive payment after the original amount placed has been paid."

More information is expected to be released following a meeting of the partners on July 17, 2014.
