By: Friends of the Monterey Public Library Essential Oils have been revered throughout history – from destroying harmful fungi, viruses and bacteria, to balancing hormones; from elevating body frequencies, to clearing negative feelings and blocked emotions; from supporting intuitive powers, to sharpening spiritual awareness – these sacred gifts work on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Participants will learn how to use essential oils in everyday life to improve an overall sense of wellbeing and for health and beauty. Terri Oberto is a California State Certified Nutrition Consultant with over 15 years experience in providing nutrition education. She is a Certified Phytotherapist and she specializes in chronic illness, auto immune disorders, diabetes, digestive issues, hormones, allergies and bone health. Terri also has extensive experience with bio-feedback, energy work, kinesiology, diet analysis, blood-work analysis and complementing conventional medicine with whole food/herbal supplementation. The Next Chapter: Designing Your Ideal Life Program Series program series will cover health and well-being, planning for the future, following ones spirit and other interesting topics for the second half of life.
