MIAMI - July 9, 2014 - PRLog -- Robert J. Becerra of Becerra Law, P.A., Board Certified by the Florida Bar as an expert in International Law, authored "A Review of the Adequate Forum Factor in Forum Non Conveniens Analysis in Florida's State and Federal Courts", published in the Summer 2014 issue of the Florida Bar International Law Section's magazine "International Law Quarterly". The article examines the doctrine of forum non conveniens' requirement that the proponent demonstrate the adequacy of the foreign forum in favor of which it is advocated a local case be dismissed. The article includes an examination and analysis of recent case law construing the Adequate Forum Factor, contrasting cases which were dismissed in favor of a foreign forum with those which were not.  The International Law Quarterly is the official publication of the Florida Bar International Law Section.
