New Principal in Investment Banking at Merit Harbor Group

In his new role, Mr. Kapur will leverage his extensive domestic and international finance, strategy and operations expertise and serve as a senior contributor to the M&A practice. He will be based in Portland, OR.

Raj has over 25 years’ experience with Global Corporate Development and P&L management; he is deeply rooted in Technology, Financial Services and Aerospace industries. His past experiences comprise of C-Suite and Senior positions with Intel Capital Corporation, Citigroup, American Express and Honeywell Aerospace.

His expertise includes creating significant enterprise value in Technology, Financial services & Aerospace via strategy formulation, structured finance including mergers and acquisitions and through forging appropriate partnerships and strategic alliances. Mr. Kapur’ s experience includes global IP acquisitions  through licensing, joint ventures and M&A activities, launch of new products and services and major re-engineering across global corporations.
