Attorney Ethiel Melecio Jr., Esq. Joins Core Title Services

July 1, 2014 - PRLog -- GREENVALE, NY — Ethiel Melecio Jr., Esq. has joined Core Title Services (http://www.coretitleny.com/) as Counsel to the firm. In his new role, he will assist the company as it prepares title search reports and policies for residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Melecio is an experienced attorney who has concentrated his practice in real estate, trusts and estates, family law and criminal law. He has handled all aspects of residential and commercial transactions, including co-operatives and condominiums.

He graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 2006 with a dual major in political science and computer science. In 2010, he graduated from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. He was admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey in November 2010 and in the State of New York in May 2011.
