BLOOPIT allows users to customize their YouTube video sharing experience for mobile devices. Rather than sharing full-length videos, BLOOPIT lets users cut their favorite mini-clip from videos to send to friends and followers. At VidCon, BLOOPIT created short videos with popular YouTube celebrities Connor Franca, Tyler Oakley, Paint, Vlog Brothers, Gregory Brothers and Troye Sivan.
The new BLOOPIT app release provides additional viewing options including a full feature set which gives users the ability to create a profile, add and invite friends, receive new notifications, and an update that lets users save their favorite searches.
“While video sharing is hugely popular, nobody is taking the curated content from YouTube. We hope that by presenting snippets of the best of YouTube, we can become the Internet's highlight reel.”, says president Michael Gitter.
The app is currently focusing on YouTube partnerships and collaborations.
