About Beth Wilson:

Beth Wilson is a librarian and author from Oklahoma who recently moved to Washington. Her previous works include School of Sky, a chapbook of poetry, and Modest Aspirations, which is a collaboration of poetry and short stories with the author Gerald Locklin.

Beth Wilson got her undergraduate degree in English because she wanted to be a writer. She didn’t want to be a teacher and have to take her work home with her, so she went to library school. Now that she is a librarian, she realizes that having access to so many books everyday makes it harder to write than if she had to grade papers. She has managed to balance reading and writing, though. She has published many short stories and poems with small, indie publishers.
