In addition, hotel listings on the ThinkHotels website now feature star ratings and user-submitted reviews from TripAdvisor, to enable guests to make the right choice for their stay conveniently and smoothly. The TripAdvisor section of each hotel listing includes star ratings for location, rooms, service, and value, as well as an overall rating for each hotel and individual reviews from TripAdvisor users. The five reviews for each property voted “most helpful” on TripAdvisor will be pulled onto ThinkHotels each week.
ThinkHotels Online Marketing Executive Gaurav Pundir led the integration process on both sides. He said: “We’re excited to see the results of this collaboration and we’re currently working on getting our best rates on TripAdvisor for all 19,000 of our properties. We hope this partnership will continue to improve the hotel booking experience for our users, and also our new clients who are finding us through TripAdvisor.”
As well as featuring ratings, ThinkHotels will be promoting their new partner in public and industry communications, including newsletters, press, print ads, social media and partner websites.
ThinkHotels is currently 80% integrated with TripAdvisor and they hope to be able to launch the full online partnership by mid-June 2014, with more featured properties. This is ThinkHotels’
