More than just an upscale, resale boutique: a breeding ground for excellence has arrived in Sandy Springs!
By: Every Women Works, Inc.

SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. - June 18, 2014 - PRLog -- Every Woman Works’ (http://everywomanworks.org/) Bee Boutique is designed to provide on-the-job paid training and certification in areas of retail customer service, CSR (customer relationship management), cashiering, inventory and merchandizing, for its graduates.

That is to say, thanks to the commitment to accelerating the excellence achieved by Every Women Works (EWW) learning center’s flagship –BEES (Busy, Empowering, Educating/Employing Students) program and it’s Bee Vets Program; graduates will be empowered to securing career positions in retail –after having completed the Bee Boutique’s on-the-job 90-Day paid training, evaluation and certification program.

For those unfamiliar with ‘Who or What’ EWW does…  EWW is non-profit 501c (3) organization that ‘moves women from dependency to self-sufficiency,’ through structured programs in: family leadership, anger management, parenting, job readiness skills, spiritual empowerment, health & wellness and financial independence; since 2004!

The Founder and CEO of Every Women Works, Inc.; Tillie O’Neal Kyles, fondly referred as Miss. Tillie, is humbled by the tremendous support and generosity-of-spirit from sponsors, corporate partners, faith based organizations, philanthropic individuals, not-for-profit organizations and volunteers.  Each have enabled the means for expanding her non-profit learning center’s capabilities into this new satellite training location –that will ultimately have a lasting and positive impact with and for, EWW graduates, and the surrounding communities and businesses.

It is worthy to mention specifically, the contributors and what it is they are providing respectively…  The boutique’s training classes, evaluation and certification of Retail CSR (corporate social responsibility); customer service; cashiering; inventory and merchandizing, is being sponsored by the Urban League of Greater Atlanta (http://ulgatl.org/) –a not-for-profit organization, recognized for ‘delivering programs and services that empower youth, adults and families to move up the economic ladder.’  Funding for the training, evaluation and certification platform is being sponsored by BE REAL (http://www.bethany.org/atlanta/be-real) –another not-for-profit, faith-based, organization recognized for providing programs which enhance/create ‘building blocks of a successful society.’  The boutique’s floor plan design, displays and merchandizing fixtures; including aspects of staging, sorting and merchandizing skill sets for the training and certification, is being provided and sponsored by TJX Companies, Inc (http://www.tjx.com/).  –a global and publicly traded entity; is truly admired for its willingness to invest its time and resources for EWW’s extended retail training program.

The final cycle of Bee Boutique’s retail training/certification platform is delivering its certified trainees –to companies, poised to offering career opportunities.  This is a matter of targeting corporations, distinguished for their invested interest in cultivating values and leadership –a corporation that recognizes and nurtures employees’ integrity, talent and commitment with: benefits, rewards and recognition.  With this in mind, EWW’s Bee Boutique is delighted at the prospect of such an undertaking; for an initiative has been spearheaded by Kimberly-Clark that will springboard an Intern Program, on behalf of EWW –which is geared specifically for those that have successfully completed the boutique’s certification component.  It should also be noted that Kimberly-Clark (http://www.kcprofessional.com/home) (among the Fortune 500) has been an ongoing supporter of EWW’s learning center, prior to opening the boutique and will be sponsoring/providing merchandizing signs throughout the boutique, as well.

Other contributors are manifesting wondrous blessings too!  The following philanthropic individuals are answering our call-to-action for the boutique’s inventory and are providing various types of clothing, shoes and accessories; namely, Ms. K. Evans and Bob Kilinski –Southeast Regional Co-Owners at Keller Williams Realty; including, but not limited to, Ms. Elizabeth Serravezza and Ms. Cokkie Eaker.  EWW’s corporate partnersand sponsors are also launching clothing drives on behalf of the boutique; which includes:  GE, LexisNexis, SunTrust, McKesson and CBEYOND.  Civic sponsors lending their time, influence and service, includes:  AKA (Alpha Kappa Alpha) Sorority, Inc., a Chapter of the PHI PHI Omega; the Rotary Club of Roswell, and the Ludacris Foundation.  The ongoing support from our Faith-based sponsors and contributors, include: Zion MBC, Roswell Presbyterian Church, Peachtree Presbyterian Church, Mount Pisgah United Methodist Church, and North Atlanta Church of Christ.

Proceeds derived from this non-profit, satellite training and certification location will go toward assisting:  Homeless Veteran Women; Displaced Professionals; Substance Abuse Recovery; Partners Against Domestic Violence (PADV), Female Ex-Offenders; and Job Placement and Retail Career Opportunities, for EWW graduates/alumni.

How can you support our efforts?
First, we hope you will tell your friends, family and colleagues about EWW’s new Bee Boutique!   #1 this resale boutique is not only featuring upscale (slightly worn) clothing and accessories.  #2 the boutique is also creating the means for securing retail careers; whereby, graduates from EWW will acquire on-the-job paid training in retail skill sets and earn a CSR Certification, at the boutique!  #3 those that successfully achieve certification will then be given the opportunity to securing intern positions, through our generous corporate partners and/or be prepared to find retail positions, on their own.
