NEW YORK - June 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Once again, Las Vegas is gearing up for the annual Licensing Expo from June 17-19, 2014 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Among the hundreds of well-known global brands, are the creative, original, newcomers that shine new light into the industry. The Think Tank Emporium is an innovative, consulting company looking to bring some of those unique brands to the market at Licensing Expo and put them on the radar of top production houses, manufacturers and retailers alike.

Such properties include unique children’s brands like, Pumpkinheads®, Broken Heart Pets Hotel, Black Eyed Guy and Cloud Club. Each brand possesses a unique story line and characters, while still being relatable and endearing to children.

Following its successful visit to the New York Toy Fair and KidScreen Summit, Pumpkinheads® will make its debut at Licensing Show.  Pumpkinheads® is a fast-growing brand with limitless opportunity and potential.  Building upon the award winning children’s book series created by Karen Kilpatrick, preschoolers will relate to these endearing characters as they explore, dream, imagine and learn.  The publishing program has released five titles, and four new books will be out later this year.

Broken Heart Pets Hotel follows the humorous and touching escapades of Scooter and Boots, a homeless dog and cat who wish fervently for food, shelter and someone to love them. With Scooter and Boots, finding their forever homes brings ups and downs, laughter and tears, and always a sense that caring and sharing with others is the “road best traveled.”

Launched in July of 2012, by husband and wife team Seth and Kristin Anderson, Black Eyed Guy is a lifestyle brand based on childhood memories, with the hope for adults to remember and kids to embrace the simple pleasures of just being a kid. Black Eyed Guy encourages you to be self-expressive, to be fearless, and to live life as an adventure. Black Eyed Guy’s credo: “Be Creative. Be Daring. Be Original.” Along with its stationery line, Black Eyed Guy offers a line of picture and activity books, flashcards and wall art sold in independent stores throughout the United States and online.

Cloud Club, an original concept by Argentina’s artist/designer Maggie Moreno, working collaboratively with Paris-based scriptwriter and author Marie Beardmore and Switch Animation, it draws on the latest Cloud technology. Cloud Club is an exciting trans-media property.  It will be embraced for its art as much as the concept with its visually stunning, technology driven universe unlike anything presented before.

Another innovative brand, for a more mature audience, new to Licensing Expo is DEKR, pronounced "Decker". Brought to you from Hamby & Associates, DEKR is a CG animated mini-series that features its main character as a bounty hunter for hire in an alternate space universe.  He and his manager, Natalie Moon, hunt felons, retrieve stolen goods or battle whomever…if the money pays well.  Together, they find themselves scraping enough funds together to survive in space which leads them on crazy adventures and explore some of the wildest parts of the universe.

The Think Tank Emporium, founded by principals, David Wollos and Joan Packard Luks, bring to the table over 50 years of combined experience in the licensing, marketing, television and consumer products fields.
