Marie Peeler of Peeler Associates to Present Employee Development Webinar for NPO Connect on June 10

BOSTON - June 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Marie Peeler, CEO of Peeler Associates, an executive coaching and leadership development firm working with individuals and organizations to increase their leadership effectiveness, has been asked to present a webinar for NPO Connect (http://www.npoconnect.org (http://npoconnect.org)), the “go-to” site for nonprofit professionals and volunteers who want to build their skills and network.  The webinar will focus on “Leader as Coach:  Developing Others through Effective Coaching,” and will be held on Tuesday, June 10, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

In this webinar, Peeler will demystify coaching for executive directors and other senior nonprofit leaders by sharing what coaching is and how it is different from managing, as well as the characteristics of successful coaching relationships and when to use coaching (and when to NOT use coaching).
