Recently, they have announced an upcoming 4-day job fair called Udyogamela that would be organized for skilled localites in and around Kanakapura who are seeking for job.

Udyogamitra a charitable trust was started with a sole aim to bridge the gap between rural people and career opportunities. Earlier, they had organized job fair in Dharwad one of the rural cities in the state during which thousands of rural Dharwad skilled job seekers came forward for enrollment and was recruited in different industries like insurance, banking, retail, equipment manufacturing industries, hospitality industry, builders, service industries, logistic industries, and etc.

After tasting success in their first job fair that was organized in Dharwad and opening gates to thousands of rural people to their dream job, they are back with Udyogamela that is about to happen in Kanakapura. The job mela, which will happen for continuous four days, invites applications from all the skilled rural people who have completed their bachelor’s degree in any command, diploma holders, and with any equivalent qualification. The enrollment fee in this job fair event is absolutely free and candidates who are shortlisted will also be trained how to face interview and helped in preparing their resume. They also get involved in the overall gamut of recruitment right from arranging the preliminary interviews and final interviews, collecting the CTC details, verifying their antecedent details, etc. until the candidate joins the organization and make sure that the recruitment circle gets completely through them.
