Personal Noise Cancellation without initial training

RAANANA, Israel - May 18, 2014 - PRLog -- SoliCall’s personal noise reduction is a very powerful technology for removing ambient noise, during calls, by tuning to the voice of the registered speaker. The achieved audio quality is far better than any existing general purpose noise reduction technology. Until today, the major disadvantage of this technology was the need to provide training data to the algorithm. This requirement was a barrier for mass deployment of this powerful technology.

SoliCall’s new version contains the ability to work out of the box without the need to obtain an initial training data. As a result, this powerful technology can be used to filter any audio call at any time regardless the identity of the participants. Therefore, companies like conference bridge service providers and network operators can also use the personal noise reduction to filter any noisy call in their network.

In order to perform its unique audio filtering, SoliCall uses pre-existing acoustic profiles and during calls the best profile is selected. The diversity of the pre-existing profiles and their content is flexible.
