Jell Networks to Distribute SoliCall Pro Software

Jan. 2, 2013 - PRLog -- Business professionals across the spectrum are dramatically increasing their use of desktop video conferencing to maximize productivity.  However, due to the wide range of devices being used, hands-free audio quality can be sub-par.  During a vChat participants can tolerate a wide range of video issues, but poor voice quality— eg; noise, acoustic echo, howling -- can cause the conversation to become a frustrating experience.  

SoliCall Pro is a PC based software using a virtual device driver technique that is easy to download, install and use.  It effectively improves hands-free call quality by reducing noise, cancelling acoustic echo and eliminating howling.  

Jell selected SoliCall Pro to address hands-free audio issues on PCs with inadequate audio software drivers.  The two companies will be working together to market SoliCall Pro as an across the board solution to desktop audio communications issues.   “We need to ensure that our JellVideo service provides the best possible user experience over a wide range of devices, ” said Joseph Karwat, CEO Jell Networks, LLC.  “ When conducting a vChat most business users require a hands-free environment.  But unfortunately, many PCs are not shipped with audio device drivers that provide a satisfactory hands-free experience.    We can now offer an effective, low cost, solution to our PC customers that are experiencing hands-free audio issues.”
